We’ve seen a tremendous interest in buying U.P. property. We are seeing people buying anything from lots to large tracks of land to get in on prices while they are low and the interest rates are good. Neither will last much longer. Prices usually start going up in the spring and summer as more people from a lot of states begin to search out property with the goal of purchase and owning a home or cottage on that piece of land.
