We will gladly work with you through change orders since we draft our own house plans, offering alternatives and sometimes better ideas as we build. This is your house and changes are a way of life. We understand this and wouldn’t want to build something that you are not 100% comfortable with.
Progress of the building process can be sent via e-mail in the form of digital pictures!
Our contracts offer material options: if you can get them cheaper or have an uncle that manufactures materials, that is fine with us.
If you or your family want to side the house, install the basement / foundation, that is fine with us.
We use only quality number one materials for construction and only top quality construction techniques. We build with the strength and durability required for a property in the U.P. to assure you of a quality outcome that will last for many, many years.
